WESTCAM Inc. Membership
Our membership is open to any person who is 18 years or older, reside in New England (USA), pledge to adhere and conform to the requirements contained in the WESTCAM Article of Incorporation and Bylaws.

Bamiléké means people who live in the mountains and valleys or people who come from Kemet, the upper land.

- Ba: means they or people in reference to their geographic origin
- Mieh: brothers or siblings
- Lah: country, region, village
- Keh: upper, in reference to upper land or region

This plant has small and long leaves. It is widely used in the Bamiléké culture. This plant is also known as “Lucky bamboo”, a species of Dracaena.

“Les graines de la paix” are known in Cameroon under the names: Jujube, grains de Didim, Djidjim, Dedim ou Fruit de paix. It’s primarily used as a sign of peace and solidarity by the Bamiléké people.
