The BOD of this organization shall consist of up to 15, but not fewer than 9 members elected by the General Assembly at the Annual Meeting of September or October. Thre BOD is comprised of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary General (or Clerk), 3 former presidents of WESTCAM, and a minimum of 3 other members/”floor members” (WESTCAM regular members or former presidents).
